Handling the Holidays

The holidays can be a difficult time of year when grieving the death of a loved one. We offer a free program each holiday season to share ideas on self-care, building new traditions, and memorializing your loved one.

This program is open to all adults in our community who are grieving the death of a loved one. Refreshments and snacks provided. Registration is required, but there is no cost to attend.
