Danny, a devoted Bronco’s fan, army vet and former firefighter, has always enjoyed spending time outdoors. Fishing, camping or simply taking in the views, nature has been a place where he has found peace and built his connection with God. Despite his illness, Danny’s HopeWest care team makes it possible for him to continue spending time outdoors by arranging outings to the Grand Mesa and Colorado National Monument. During these outings, Danny takes short walks, enjoys a Pepsi and soaks in the beauty of his home in western Colorado.

Thanks to support from our community and Danny’s HopeWest care team, he is able to continue enjoying one of the things he loves most.

Your story will inspire others. Email cjrapke@hopewestco.org to share your HopeWest experience with us.
