Dale L. Diers

Dale Leslie Diers, age 88, passed away June 29, 2026, at Ferris Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction, CO.

He was born May 22, 1938, in Howard Lake, MN, a son of the late Hubert and Alice Diers.

Dale proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He was a professional welder & mechanic. He enjoyed 4-wheeling, Geocaching, rock hounding, hunting, camping and most importantly, spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three infant sons, Scott, Brian, & Brad; brother, Glenn; son in law, Robert “Rocky” Lunk.

He is survived by his wife Helen of 65 years; daughter, Lori; 5 sons, Todd (Ryoko), Brent (Paula), Kurt (Sheila), Neal (Stacy), Chad (Mary); 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Ferris Hospice Care Center.
