Submitted by Tammy Gose

Norm Boe, 82, of Parachute, CO, passed peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on December 8, 2022.

Norm was born in Newell, South Dakota, to Rudolph and Opal Boe. He grew up in Vail, South Dakota, and attended Black Hills State College. He married Connie Garr in 1961, and they recently celebrated 61 happy years together. They have three children.

Norm was the epitome of hard work. He supported himself while finishing school since he was in the eighth grade. During college, he learned the concrete trade with his older brothers and went on to own and operate Boe Concrete, Inc. He took great pride in his work and was well-respected in the business for 50 years.

He enjoyed sports! Participating in his younger years and then cheered on his children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren. He loved fishing, camping, golfing, and visiting with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Bob, Ivan, Bryce, Kenny, Dale, and Art, as well as several nieces and nephews. His wife and children survive him: Tammy (Mike) Gose, Craig (Dianne) Boe, and Lori (Dan) Fagundes. Grandchildren: Craig, Tyler, Cody, Cassi, Crissi, Caitlyn, and Celsi. 17 Great Grandchildren, Brother George, Sisters Elenor and Jean, and many nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed, but we are comforted knowing he is forever in heaven with a healthy body and mind and that we will all be together again. If you would like to leave a donation in his memory to HopeWest – Ferris Hospice Care Center, our family would appreciate it.
