A Loving Tribute

Joe Boffa

May 31, 1942 – March 29, 2024
Submitted by Lisa Boffa

Joe Boffa was, above all things, a family man. He was a good man and a good friend. He believed in honor and his country. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Boffa; his grandchildren, Christopher, and Brittney Boffa, Lindsey and Stephen Walter, Sage Ryan and Levi Buchanan; great-granddaughters Harper and Riley Walter and his beloved pup Ruby. Joseph dedicated his life to teaching children the ways of woodworking. His hands were artistic and skilled. There was seldom a day you would not find him in his shop, building something exquisite. The greatest tragedy of his life was the loss of his beloved son, Anthony Joseph Boffa, in the service of our country.

Joseph loved nature and the mountains of Colorado. In his youth, he loved to ride motorcycles. He will always be remembered for his wonderful Italian cooking and the legacy of love he passed on to his children. He will be missed profoundly.
