This tribute is to my dear brother, Dr. M. L. Ketcham. He was my mentor and guardian when I was growing up. He left home after graduating from Pre-Med School at Tulsa University to attend Medical School when I was 15 years old. He became an accomplished Doctor and raised a beautiful family with his loving wife, Ingrid.
Michael was a loving and caring Son, Brother, Husband, and Father. He will be missed.
