CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT
Calcutta auction of teams & tournament begins at 10:00 a.m.

Join HopeWest Meeker for our fourth annual cornhole tournament! You’ll enjoy a day full of fun and entertainment, all in support of HopeWest Meeker. Tournament play will be teams of two with cash prizes. Lunch provided by the Meeker Lions Club will be available.

Team Registration: $100 (Team of Two) includes lunch and drink ticket

Cornhole Tournament Rules

First to 21 Wins
Bag on Board = 1 point
Bag through Hole = 3 points

Cancellation Scoring
If Team A has 4 points and Team B has 3 points, Team A will get 1 point.

• Throw the same side as your partner

• Alternate throwing and the winner of the round goes first.

• No stepping past the front of the board until after the bag has left your hand.

• No bouncing onto the board. If it touches the ground it’s a dead bag.

• House bags are required and provided.

FUNDRAISING GALA
Doors open at 5:00 p.m.

There will be a champagne reception and cocktails; hors-d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert sponsored by Elk Creek Ranch; live and silent auctions; and dancing to the music of ED & Co.

Friends & Family Table of 10: $550
If your team is “all in”: $215 per team for both events
