Jason Rowell, age 48, passed away on June 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with his mental health. Born on December 29, 1977, Jason was a man with a deep love for his family, a quiet passion for nature, and an insanely creative soul.

Jason was happiest when he was surrounded by his loved ones. Whether he was casting a line while fishing, firing up the grill for a cookout, or simply sharing a laugh around a fire, he found his peace in nature surrounded by family and friends. He had a lifelong appreciation for classic muscle cars and Harley’s. If you knew my father you knew he had a soft spot for animals, often joking that he loved them more than people.

Those who knew Jason well will also remember him for his incredible artistic talent. He loved to draw, possessing an amazing gift for capturing beauty on paper that never failed to amaze those around him. Above all his hobbies, however, Jason’s greatest love was reserved for his family. He was immensely proud of his children and cherished every moment spent with them and his nieces and nephews.

Jason is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Nona Rowell, his father, William Rowell and brother Ricky Kane.

His memory and legacy will live on through his children: his daughters, Kyley Rowell and Brentleigh Rousey; and his sons, Jason Rowell, Dustin Guerreri, and Michael Rowell. He is also survived by his sisters, Faith Wall and Melody Wall; and a large, loving circle of nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
