Dementia Support Group – Delta

Caring for someone with dementia can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to face it alone. Our Dementia Support Groups for caregivers and loved ones provide a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who understand your journey. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the HopeWest Delta Office.
