Party for the Park Makes Care Possible in Plateau Valley

The venue and time of year might have been different, but the intention was the same—our community coming together to raise money to ensure hospice and palliative care services—here at home. We celebrated with of our friends in Plateau Valley at our Party for the Park event.

You might ask, why “Party for the Park?” Our community envisioned a memorial park of our own like the gardens and walking paths at the HopeWest Ferris Care Center in Grand Junction—a place to honor our loved ones. The money raised for the park will in turn fund local community programs. It will be another creative opportunity for you to help sustain the future of HopeWest.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Town of Collbran on the renovation of Lilac Park, and excited to enhance the charm and beauty of our community.
