HopeWest began serving patients in Montrose and Ouray in 1995 and through the generosity of the community built the Montrose Center for Hope in 2014. The Center provides a home base for our staff, as well as rooms for grief support groups and community events. Beautiful and tranquil gardens surround the building, providing a place for reflection and relaxation.
