Joseph (Joe) Mobley

Joe Mobley, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on October 8, 2023, in Grand Junction, CO.

Joe was born on March 12, 1949, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He served his country in the United States Air Force as a security policeman and dog handler during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged after four years of service. He went on to work and retired from Mountain Bell. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling in his RV, spending time with family and friends, and socializing with everybody he interacted with.

Joe leaves behind his wife (Roxie), daughter (Stephanie), stepchildren (Richard, Jill, Gina), brother (Tom), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, (Michael Mobley).

Many will deeply miss Joe, but we will cherish all our memories with him. He’s forever in our hearts.
