HopeWest is proud to announce that our hospice program achieved a deficiency-free result in our most recent Hospice Certification and Licensing Survey conducted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The unannounced survey included a thorough review of operations, patient care, and compliance standards.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A team of CDPHE surveyors conducted the audit, including detailed reviews of patient charts, staff interviews, and visits to patient homes and our Ferris Hospice Care Center.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The team of surveyors reported zero deficiencies and praised HopeWest for its professionalism, strong teamwork, exceptional volunteer program, and patient-centered care.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This outcome reflects the unwavering commitment, compassion, and professionalism of every team member at HopeWest.
