Story by Alpine Bank Staff<\/em><\/p>\n For families in western Colorado who are experiencing the decline of a loved one, nonprofit HopeWest has an important message: \u201cKnow us before you need us.\u201d<\/p>\n Serving western Colorado in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Ouray, and Rio Blanco counties since 1993, HopeWest has been profoundly changing the experience of aging, illness and grief through creativity, volunteerism and philanthropy. Offering in-home care, palliative care, hospice care and grief support for children, teens and adults, the HopeWest team embodies service, compassion, kindness and understanding.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re a patient-centric organization.
