The family caregiver survey asks family members or friends about the patient\u2019s hospice experience and if they would recommend that hospice to someone else. The survey ratings can be used to compare hospices using a 5-star scale, with more stars indicating better quality care.<\/p>\n

2024 Hospice CAHPS Honors Award<\/h1>\n
